Ember & Oak was born from a simple belief: that the best meals happen slowly, around a table, with people you love. Our kitchen builds every dish around live-fire cooking and the season's finest ingredients.

We work with local farms and purveyors to bring you plates that feel both familiar and new, paired with a thoughtful wine list and cocktails made with care.
